Rick Butterworth

Rick Butterworth brings a wealth of knowledge in both the commercial and entertainment industries. With roles comprising management consultant to a number of international music companies; owner and founder of service, hospitality and retail stores; owner of a number of record labels and events management company; and owner and founder of a management and promotions company, Rick has overseen the inception, growth, and continued success of numerous national and international companies.

Having started his first record label at the young age of 22, showing early signs of entrepreneurship and unique thinking outside the box attitude and solutions, Rick has gone on to oversee start up companies through to NASDAQ listing, built and sold businesses to public companies, and successfully seen the growth of a number of companies. Respected across a number of industries, Rick is regularly invited as key note speaker and panellist at a number of international conferences and events, and has also been a lecturer in marketing and business affairs.

Known within commercial and entertainment circles as a true industry leader, and with over 20 years international experience across varied and specialised fields, Rick has brought his experience and expertise to a vast background of commerce and strategic management from start up concepts to implementation exits.

Inke Loos

Inke Loos is a driven and hands on solicitor and entrepreneur with extensive legal and business affairs experience across a wide range of commercial, legal, and entertainment industries. With impressive experience in both private legal practice and in-house counsel roles, consulting in legal and business affairs across a number of corporations, and overseeing project management, business growth, and corporate expansion, Inke brings a wealth of industry knowledge in the corporate and legal spheres both nationally and internationally.

With roles including Principal Solicitor of her law firm, owner and founder of a management and consulting company, General Counsel of an international company, and consultant in legal and business affairs to a range of clients internationally, Inke has overseen the success of many companies whilst providing corporate strategic advice and tactical legal initiatives. With experience at Legal Counsel, Board, and senior management level, Inke has provided guidance across complex decision-making, feasibility, legal risk minimisation, corporate policy, commercial legalities, and internal legal compliance and advice.

Inke has been invited as a speaker and panellist at a number of events and has also taught at and tutored in various legal subjects for two Australian universities. Showing her philanthropic side, Inke also sits on the Board of two Australian charities and one Not for Profit organisation.
